Dec. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Bob Inglis, who says he lost his bid for re-election to Congress in 2010 because of his stance on global warming and support for a carbon tax, talks to students at Florida State University last month. Inglis, who established the Energy and Enterprise Initiative at George Mason University in July, has been traveling the country this year making the case to students and grassroots Republican activists that a carbon tax is both good policy and politics.
