U.S.-China Investment Treaty Needed
Sept. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Jim Bacchus, an attorney at Greenberg Traurig LLP and former chairman of the World Trade Organization appeals tribunal, talks about allegations that some Chinese companies may be stealing U.S. intellectual property, and ongoing territorial disputes in the South China Sea.
