Aug. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Sheila Dharmarajan reports that this year's back to school shopping season will bring in an expected $32 million for retailers as this year's spending levels are supposed to be the worst since 2009 and focuses specifically on the troubles faced by J.C.
