April 14 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Mark Barton and Lizzie O'Leary report on the findings of a two-year U.S. Senate inquiry into the causes of the financial crisis which was released yesterday. Senator Carl Levin, the chairman of the panel that conducted the investigation, said Goldman Sachs Group Inc. misled clients and Congress about the bank’s bets on securities tied to the housing market.
