iPhone nano Case Unveiled... Where's the iPhone nano?

Posted by: Olga Kharif on December 29, 2008

Rumors that Apple is about to introduce an iPhone nano continue to swirl. And they’ve gained some heft after one accessories manufacturer has actually started to sell cases for the yet-to-be-announced device.

The company behind the casings, called XSKN, is based in Hong Kong, but its owner is a Canadian national who’s been in the iPod cases business for years. It’s following in the footsteps of case manufacturer Vajo, that’s hinted at iPhone nano cases as well. Could these companies have gotten a word about an impending product launch from Apple? Could be, though Apple typically keeps a lid on future product announcements. A cheaper version of the legendary iPhone would certainly hit the spot with cash-strapped consumers amidst rising unemployment and continued depletion of people’s retirement accounts.

How would that work though? I understand that apple always chooses to go smaller with their new products, but having used an iPhone, the buttons are somewhat inaccurate as they are, but with an even smaller design it will be ridiculously difficult

I absolutly agree with Seth. It going to be a major challenge to make that iPhone Nano work really conveniently.
