Apple Fixes Java Vulnerabilities

Brian Krebs at the Security Fix blog hosted by The Washington Post notes that Apple has issued an update to its version of Java that fixes a big batch of security problems. Last month he criticized Apple for taking an average of six months after patches have been issued by Sun Microsystems to fix its version of Java. In any event, it would be a good idea, if you haven’t done so already, to run Software Update today and make sure you get the latest version of Apple’s Java.
