Mozy, the EMC-owned the online storage and backup concern which came to the Mac a little more than a year ago will announce on Tuesday a business-oriented Mac-friendly version of the service called MozyPro for Mac. It supports both Leopard and Tiger and as Windows Vista, XP, 2000 and Server.
MozyPro lets businesses using either Mac or Windows to back up all their desktops, laptops and servers and manage the backup and restore processes from a single, Web console. The price: $3.95 per machine for desktop and notebooks, and then 50 cents per gigabyte per month. Servers cost $6.95 up front, and the same for stored data.
