Cheryl Millington, director of recruitment and admissions at Rotman, will take your questions about everything from the school's integrative thinking curriculum to scoring with your application essays. Millington has helmed admissions for the last 10 years. She and her team of 10 are responsible for the recruitment and admission strategies for the full-time MBA, morning MBA, evening MBA and master of finance programs. Millington has worked at the University of Toronto since 1986. She has an extensive background in recruitment, admissions, marketing, program services, academic and financial aid counseling, and registrar services. Before joining Rotman, she administered the Professional and International Programs at the University of Toronto.
