Actions Semiconductor (ACTS
) posts 21 cents vs. 22 cents second quarter earnings per ADS despite a 5.9% revenue rise. Second quarter EPADS are better than expected. The company sees third quarter revenue of $43 million to $46 million and EPADS of 21 cents to 24 cents.
