Well, probably not. But Kevin Werbach notes the demise of the leading file-sharing network eDonkey, which accounted for fully a third of the Internet's entire traffic. Of course, that traffic likely will migrate to other file-sharing networks, pretty quick. So enjoy whatever extra spring you notice in your browser's step while you can.
