Treasuries End Higher

Treasuries ended slightly higher after U.S. consumer confidence data came in much stronger than expected. Sentiment was bearish ahead of the Fed's policy meeting tomorrow, which is expected to spark a cycle of rate rises.

Earlier, news of a wallet-sized package exploding on a Turkish Airline plane, injuring a custodian, started a flight to safety in Treasuries.
