Bon-Ton Sweetens Bid for Elder-Beerman


Bon-Ton Stores (BONT) sweetens $7.25 per share offer for for Elder-Beerman (EBSC) to $8.00, or to $92.8 million. On Friday, Sept. 12, Wright Holdings also raised its $7.05 per share cash bid for the retailer to $7.80 per share in cash. (9/15)
