-- There's talk at the Federal Communications Commission that Chairman Reed E. Hundt wants to be Commerce Secretary if Ronald H. Brown joins President Clinton's reelection campaign. But Hundt--who went to Yale Law School with the Prez--may need to raise his visibility.
