In response to Smith's comment. Your own admission shows exactly why a group of people should NOT be given second chances. You had an incident on your account and should have just sat out the 1 month suspension, but you committed a SECOND violation by trading under another account while suspended. So really you're asking for a THIRD chance... I think that if ebay allowed everyone else in your situation a few more "chances", they'd just be doing themselves and all the legitimate traders an injustice. Keep it clean from day one.
