Extreme Tension Relief

A simple way to relieve stress is to go to extremes. Exaggerate any tension you feel for 30 to 60 seconds. Make it worse. Then let go and relax. When you do this, you’ll reach equilibrium and automatically feel less stress instantly. Try it.
