Victor Construct SRL, a Romanian builder, won a 12.8 million-lei ($4 million) contract to upgrade and expand water and sewage networks in the western county of Timis.
Victor Construct was awarded the work by local utility Aquatim SA, which received 12 bids, according to a notice published on the European Union’s tender website today. The cost of the contract was initially estimated at 24.3 million lei.
