Ukraine’s state debt, including guarantees, increased 2.3 percent last month as the government borrowed on local markets.
Debt climbed to $66 billion from $64.5 billion in December, the Finance Ministry, based in the capital, Kiev, said today in a statement on its website.
State domestic debt advanced to $25.2 billion from $23.8 billion, while foreign debt rose to $26.2 billion from $26.1 billion, according to the statement.
