European coal for 2014 was little changed after rising to the highest level in almost three weeks.
Thermal coal for delivery to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Antwerp gained as much as 0.7 percent to $101.10 a metric ton, its highest level since Jan. 11, according to broker data compiled by Bloomberg. The contract traded at $100.40 at 3:45 p.m. London time
