Heavy winds in Georgia have damaged power lines, leaving almost 15,000 people in the east of the country without power, the electricity distributor said, according to the news service Interpressnews
At least 6 regions are affected, Zhana Didebashvili, a spokeswoman for Kakheti Energodistributsia, said today, according to the Georgian news service. Power supply will be restored by this evening, she said, Interpressnews reported.
