Man Said to Be Arrested in Alleged New York Bomb Plot

Federal authorities in New York have arrested one man in an alleged terrorist bombing plot, said a person familiar with the matter who declined to be identified because the matter isn’t public.

The foiled bomb plot targeted the New York Federal Reserve in Manhattan, WNBC said on its website, without citing the source of the report.
