UBS AG (UBSN), Switzerland’s biggest bank, hired Laurence Grafstein from Rothschild to be co-head of mergers and acquisitions for the Americas.

Grafstein will work alongside the other co-head, Marc- Anthony Hourihan, Zurich-based UBS said today in an internal memorandum obtained by Bloomberg News.
