Zbigniew Jakubas, a Polish billionaire, wants to invest in Koncar-Elektroindustrija DD (KOEIRA), a Croatian electrical engineering firm, Puls Biznesu cited him as saying.

Koncar cooperates with Newag, a Polish tram cars producer owned by Jakubas, the newspaper said.
