Turkish Lira Weakens First Time in Four Days, Bond Yields Rise

The Turkish lira weakened for the first time in four days and bond yields rose for a second day.

The lira weakened 0.2 percent to 1.7792 per dollar at 10:49 a.m. in Istanbul. Yields on benchmark two-year bonds rose one basis point, or 0.01 percentage point, to 7.54 percent.
