Onur Air of Turkey Plans to Sell Majority Stake, Vatan Says

Onur Havayollari Tasimacilik AS, a Turkish low-cost carrier known as Onur Air, plans to sell a majority stake and investors from Lebanon and Qatar are interested, Vatan reported, without saying where it got the information.

Cankut Bagana, who owns the Istanbul-based airline company, hired an investment bank to manage the sale process, the newspaper said. Onur Air has 34 Airbus aircraft in its fleet and flies to 83 destinations in Turkey and Europe, according to its website.
