Italian Government to Seek Vote on Spending Cuts, Il Sole Says

Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti’s government plans to call a confidence vote on a package of spending cuts to force parliament to pass it by Aug. 2, Il Sole 24 Ore reported, without saying where it got the information.
