Ericsson AB is not currently interested in acquiring Nokia Siemens Networks, Chief Financial Officer Jan Frykhammar told Boersen Zeitung in an interview.

The Stockholm-based company is “basically open” to acquisitions and has an obligation to its shareholders to watch available assets in the market, Frykhammar told the newspaper.
