Russia’s Transneft Selects Matthias Warnig as Board Chairman

OAO Transneft, Russia’s oil pipeline monopoly, selected Matthias Warnig as chairman of the board, according to a statement on the company’s website today.
Warnig also serves as managing director of the OAO Gazprom- led Nord Stream AG natural-gas pipeline group.
