Petroleo Brasileiro SA (PETR4), Brazil’s state-controlled oil producer, has created an emergency plan to boost efficiency in Campos Basin, O Estado de S.Paulo newspaper reported, without saying how it got the information.

The efficiency level of the basin dropped to 70 percent from 90 percent in three years, the newspaper said.
