Chinese authorities called for civil affairs departments in four coastal provinces to prepare for approaching Tropical Storm Doksuri, Xinhua News Agency reported, citing the State Disaster Relief Commission.

The provinces of Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan were asked to quickly issue early-warning information, Xinhua reported.
