U.K. Foreign Student Adviser Plans Sale, Sunday Telegraph Says

Into University Partnerships Ltd., a closely held company which markets U.K. universities to overseas students, hired Credit Suisse Group AG (CSGN) to sell a stake in the company to private investors, the Sunday Telegraph reported.

Andrew Collin, owner of the seven-year-old company which the newspaper reported is worth 200 million pounds ($309 million), is planning to sell a minority stake of just under 30 percent, the Sunday Telegraph said, citing people it didn’t name.
