A group of 200 Angolan soldiers is due to leave Guinea-Bissau today, news agency Lusa reported, citing a diplomat it did not identify.
Angola’s military presence was cited as a reason by soldiers to oust the interim leadership of the West African country on April 13, a week before scheduled elections.
