HSBC Holdings Plc (HSBA), Europe’s largest bank, named Eleni Vrettou as head of global banking for Greece after Dimitris Politis left to join Credit Suisse Group AG (CSGN)’s private bank.

Vrettou will assume the position in June, an HSBC spokesman in London said. At Credit Suisse, Politis is covering Greek clients, offering dealmaking advice to complement the bank’s asset-management services, a spokesman for the Zurich-based company said.
