Kuwait’s Civil Service Commission recommended a pay rise for Kuwaitis employed in the private sector, the state news agency KUNA reported, citing commission chairman AbdulAziz al-Zaben.

The proposed increase has been sent to the Cabinet for approval, al-Zaben said, according to KUNA.
