Banca Popolare Said to Offer to Buy Back Floating-Rate Notes

Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Scrl (BPE) is offering to buy back a total 800 million euros of floating-rate notes, according to a banker involved in the deal.

Banca IMI and Societe Generale SA are managing the tender offer which closes April 5.
