Sanoma Corp Said to Sell 300 Million Euros of Five-Year Notes

Sanoma Corporation is selling 300 million euros of senior unsecured five-year notes, according to a banker involved in the deal.

The bonds will be priced to yield about 375 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate.

BNP Paribas SA, ING Groep NV and Nordea Bank are managing the transaction.
