Sweden Said to Plan Issue of 20-Year Bonds for Exchange

Sweden hired banks to arrange an exchange of existing bonds into new 20-year notes in krona, according to a banker involved in the deal.

Barclays Capital, Danske Bank AS, Svenska Handelsbanken, Nordea Bank AB (NDA), Nykredit Bank AS, Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, SEB and Swedbank AB (SWEDA) are managing the transaction.
