Canada Canola Processing Drops in Week Ended Feb. 29; Soy Rises

Canadian mills processed 14 percent less canola and 31 percent more soybeans in the week ended Feb. 29, compared with a week earlier, an industry group said.

Mills crushed 126,164 metric tons of canola, also known as rapeseed, and 39,153 tons of soybeans, the Winnipeg, Manitoba- based Canadian Oilseed Processors Association said today in a statement.
