ONGC Offers 35,000 Tons of Naphtha Loading in March From Hazira

Oil & Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC), India’s biggest state-owned oil explorer, offered to sell 35,000 metric tons of naphtha for loading from Hazira in March, according to a document sent to potential buyers.

Details of the offer are as follow:
