CNPC West-East Pipeline Delivered 45 Percent More Gas in 2011

Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- China National Petroleum Corp.’s West-East pipeline network delivered 35.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas last year, 45 percent more than a year earlier, the Beijing-based company said in its online newsletter today. The Jiangsu liquefied natural gas terminal, operated by CNPC’s unit PetroChina Co., took delivery of 1.36 million metric tons of the compressed fuel in 2011, according to the report.
