Germany’s Schaeuble Says Proposal For Greece PSI Is 53.5 Percent

Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) -- German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said euro region ministers at a meeting in Brussels have proposed a “haircut” of 53.5 percent for private investors holding Greek government bonds.

Interest rates on the new bonds will start at around 2 percent and rise to as high as 4.3 percent after 2020, Schaeuble told reporters in Brussels.
