Feb. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Swisscom AG, Switzerland’s biggest phone company, is “open” to strengthening its partnership with Sky Italia Srl, Chief Executive Officer Carsten Schloter said.

“We are open on that matter for everything that could strengthen this partnership, also from the governance point of view,” Schloter said in an interview in Zurich today. “There’s nothing concrete but we’re open to discussions.”

Swisscom’s Fastweb unit and News Corp. satellite- broadcasting division Sky Italia have an agreement to jointly offer bundled television and broadband services.
