Euro Debt Crisis Taking Turn for Better, Finland’s Katainen Says

Feb. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Europe’s debt crisis is showing signs of easing, Finnish Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen said in an e-mailed copy of a speech to be given at the Helsinki-based parliament today.
“There are signs of a turn for the better in the debt crisis,” Katainen said. “Fiscal discipline has been increased through credible and binding rules. These reforms will have an impact through increased confidence.”
