Telefonica Said to Sell Six-Year Bonds in Euros

Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Telefonica SA is selling six-year bonds in euros, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
The securities may be priced to yield about 310 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, the banker said. Citigroup Inc., Mizuho, Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, Banco Santander SA and UniCredit SpA are managing the deal.
