Multimedia Cable TV Hires JPMorgan to Review ‘Strategic Options’

Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Multimedia Polska SA, Poland’s second-largest cable television operator, hired JPMorgan Chase & Co. to analyze “strategic options,” the company said in an e- mailed statement today.
The company will consider all possibilities, including maintaining the current ownership structure, it said in the e- mail.
The statement follows a Feb. 6 report in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna newspaper, which said Multimedia owners seek to sell the company.
