Multimedia Owners Seek to Sell Polish Operator, Dziennik Says

Feb. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Multimedia Polska SA’s owners are seeking to sell the Polish cable-television operator and have hired JPMorgan Chase & Co. to manage the transaction, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna reported, citing a person close to the transaction it didn’t name.
JPMorgan is working on preliminary sale documents that it will send to Telekomunikacja Polska SA, Netia SA, UPC Polska, Vectra, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa SA and investment funds, which may be interested in the company, the newspaper reported.
