Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd. said there are signs domestic sales are improving even as the country’s construction outlook is still bleak, Chief Executive Officer Nonkululeko Nyembezi-Heita said.

The company is looking at power-generation, transport and water-system projects, she said at a presentation in Johannesburg today.
