Jan. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Georgia’s economy grew 6.8 percent in 2011, the statistics office said, citing preliminary data.
The Black Sea nation’s gross domestic product rose 8.1 percent from a year earlier in the fourth quarter, the service in the capital, Tbilisi, said today on its website. It will report final 2011 economic-growth figures on March 20.
