Samsung Loses First German Case Against Apple in Mannheim Court

Jan. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Samsung Electronics Co. lost a patent infringement suit against rival Apple Inc. at a court in Mannheim, Germany, today. The ruling is the first decision in a group of patent cases the companies have filed against each other in the country.
