Jan. 30 (Bloomberg) -- The euro weakened against the dollar before European Union leaders meet in Brussels today to discuss the region’s debt crisis.
The 17-nation currency declined 0.2 percent to $1.3193 as of 9:28 a.m. in Tokyo. It traded at 101.28 yen from the close of 101.39 on Jan. 27.
