Societe Des Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhone Said to Sell Euro Bonds
Jan. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Societe des Autoroutes Paris-Rhin- Rhone plans to sell 500 million euros of six-year senior, unsecured bonds, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
The notes may be priced to yield about 350 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, the banker said. Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA, Credit Agricole CIB, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Lloyds Banking Group Plc, Mitsubishi UFJ Securites, Natixis, RBC Capital Markets, Banco Santander SA and Societe Generale SA are managing the sale.
